In this book, I will briefly introduce how I overcome times when I can’t find the motivation to do anything. I want you to read it quickly and solve the problem.

Take 1-5 minutes right now

In extreme terms, even one minute is fine. Let’s try it first.

All you have to do is put your hands on it.

Then enjoy watching a YouTube video or playing a game. Repeat this until the time comes.

If you’re going to leave it untouched for hours anyway, you should do it for just a few tens of seconds from now.

Try getting up from the bed once.

In my case, my standard failure pattern is to lie down on my futon and binge watch YouTube.

It’s because I’m so physically fatigued, but when I get up when I want to go to the bathroom, I’m surprisingly able to do more activities.

Let’s get up for now.

Pomodoro timer (25 minutes of work + 5 minutes of break)

Focus for 25 minutes and take a 5 minute break.

The Pomodoro technique repeats this. It always comes up in this kind of topic.

I also use a timer, but once I get into concentration mode, I forget the time and get absorbed in it for hours.

25 minutes is too short, so I allocate 45 minutes to DIY functions, but the time still passes before I know it.

It makes a beeping noise when the count reaches zero, but I use it by switching to the “light only” setting from the back.

Spend the same amount of time working as playing the games.

Work for 25 minutes, then play games for 25 to 45 minutes, and so on.

Even if you are addicted to gaming, you can use it as a way to get some work done without quitting playing games.

The trick is how to break up the game and come back to the task you were originally supposed to do.

You can spend as you like until 8pm.

I’m a YouTuber who posts every day around 6pm, but on days when I don’t have stock or scheduled posts, I sometimes wake up lazily after 5pm and make videos.

Having a deadline motivates you.

On the other hand, it’s still better to just play around now than to do it lazily when you have some free time.

Going out for a while

Don’t think to yourself, “Why slack off when I have something to do?”

You’ll probably just slack off and not get started on it anyway.

A perfect person who can work on something without slacking off won’t come to read articles like this.

For now, let’s go out and feel the fresh air for a change of pace.

If it were me, I’d get in the car, drink coffee, drive along a scenic road, and spend about 30 minutes working out, meditating, or reading.

You can also bring your iPad or notebook and write down all the things that are cluttering up your mind while making a to-do list. If you can do this, all you have to do when you get home is follow your to-do list.

It is recommended because it physically relieves the feeling of mental blockage.

Divide your day into 3 parts + 1 to 3 hours of free time

For example, assume that a day is 12 hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.Let’s divide this into three parts. If you leave a gap time of 2 hours, you will have 6 hours divided into 3 parts.In other words, if you concentrate for just 2 hours, you can spend the next 2 hours however you like.

Take long time between schedules

I think I can do it in about 30 minutes…

If you have a task like this, set aside about three times as much time as you expected.

If you finish early, you can skip or move up until the next start time.

Once you have all your plans for the day sorted out early, you can start planning for the next day, go to bed early, or play games.

Take a nap.

This is especially useful if you’re sleepy.There are many cases where it is better to apply a boost after sleeping, rather than forcefully pushing forward with a sleepy and unresponsive brain.One strategy is to set a timer for about 10 minutes and then go to sleep.

Be clear about why you are working hard in the first place

Come to think of it, do you even understand why you have to work hard in the first place?

If studying is really a hassle, you can also choose to cut your expenses to the bare minimum and work part-time 3 days a week.

Everyone worries about their old age.
However, those who are too lazy to make the necessary effort when necessary will end up being exploited no matter how hard they try.
In that case, there is a life choice to enjoy the present from the beginning.

If you don’t like that kind of life, it doesn’t make sense to slack off because it’s bothersome.

In my case, I want to buy a car and I don’t know what will happen in 10 to 20 years, so I need to start earning money now.

If you’re told to run without knowing the goal or the reward, you won’t be motivated.

Think about what will happen in the future if you don’t do your best

Unable to continue working hard, I failed the entrance exam and was unable to get a good job.

Of course, the pay is still low, and the working hours are long and I don’t have much time for myself. I can’t seem to find any skills that would allow me to change jobs.

As his body deteriorates, he has no financial leeway left.

It is possible to find yourself in a situation like this.

If you just can’t do your best now, if you imagine how difficult it will be in your old age, your heavy waist will become commensurate with your weight.
